Do I need any extra hardware?
No. Staff scan a QR code on their own phone, and any spare tablet works as a kiosk. There are no fingerprint scanners or badge readers to buy.
How does QRAY stop buddy punching?
The dynamic QR code is single-use and refreshes at short intervals, and fixed-QR and button clock-ins are GPS-verified, so one employee cannot clock in for another.
Is my data private? Does QRAY support US recordkeeping rules?
QRAY collects no biometric data — only the QR scan record and, for fixed-QR and button clock-ins, the location. Timestamps are tamper-proof. QRAY is currently available for companies in Türkiye; English product and local compliance features are on our roadmap.

Can I export to payroll or accounting software?
You can export timesheets and attendance data to Excel/CSV and import them into your payroll or accounting software. There is no public API; tell us about the integration you need and we'll consider it for our roadmap.
How many locations and employees are supported?
Unlimited locations. The number of employees depends on your subscription (custom quote above 1,000). Each location can have its own manager and reporting.
